my name is jo ann gregor (203.268.6565), and i am a volunteer member of TDOG (trumbull dog owners group). we are in the middle of several 'discussions' with our town officials, and i am sending this questionnaire hoping to gain information about how other dog parks in connecticut are operated. we have a meeting scheduled for august 4th., so i apologize for the short time frame i've created!

if you could fill in the answers to the following few questions, and return to me in time for our meeting, i would greatly appreciate having this information at my fingertips. some of you may have done this in the past for us; however we would like to have our data up to date. if i can ever return the favor, please don't hesitate to contact me. thank you in advance for your help.
